Mr Martin is a corporate lawyer with significant experience at board and senior management level in Asia and Australia. He has previously been General Counsel and Company Secretary for Woodside Petroleum Limited, a member of Woodside's key executive team and involved in Woodside’s corporate mergers, acquisitions and financing activities. Prior to Woodside, Mr Martin was a partner with Baker & McKenzie in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for one of Asia’s largest structured finance practices. Mr Martin is also a non-executive director for Little World Beverages and Preston Vale.
Iggy Tan

Experience
Mr Tan is an experienced operations manager with over 22 years of experience in the mining and chemical industry. He has also a proven background in both marketing and business development. Mr Tan has been in managerial roles with SCM Chemicals & Sons of Gwalia; General Manager roles at Westlime, Iluka Resources (MW) and Imdex Minerals. His previous role was Executive General Manger with Tin and Nickel company Metals X Limited. His responsibilities have included the commissioning and operations management of several significant mining and processing projects in Western Australia. During his time at Iluka, he won the Prime Minister’s Community and Business Partnership award for industry commitment to local communities in WA. Mr Tan is a former Chairman of the Western Australian Chamber of Minerals and Energy’s Murchison Regional Council. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mark Bojanjac

Experience
Mr Bojanjac is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Mr Bojanjac has over 16 years experience in developing public companies specialising in the gold resource sector. He was a founding Director of Gilt-Edged Mining Limited which discovered one of Australia’s highest grade gold mines and was Managing Director of a public company which developed and financed a 2.4Moz gold resource in Mongolia and co founded a 3Moz gold project in China. MrBojanjac is also currently the Managing Director of Adamus Resources Limited and was responsible for the acquisition of the Salman Gold Project in Ghana, West Africa.
Andrew Radonjic

Experience
Mr Radonjic is a geologist with over 22 years of experience in mining and exploration, with a specific focus on gold and nickel in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. Mr Radonjic began his career at the Agnew Nickel Mine before spending 15 years in the Paddington, Mount Pleasant and Lady Bountiful Extended operations north of Kalgoorlie. He fulfilled a variety of senior roles which gave rise to three gold discoveries, totaling in excess of three million ounces in resources and in the development of over one million ounces. Mr Radonjic is also currently the Managing Director of Venture Minerals.
Ian Cunningham

Experience
Mr Cunningham is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Bachelor of Laws degree. Mr Cunningham has a corporate advisory background with Deloitte in Australia and the UK, during which time he provided general corporate, capital raising, valuation, transaction and strategic advice to a range of listed and unlisted clients. He is also Company Secretary for Adamus Resources.
